DRIP

Risks

  • Coins are speculative. Most lose most of their value. Stock-token rewards don't change that.
  • Rewards can be zero. They come only from trading fees; no volume means no rewards.
  • Issuer risk. xStocks can be paused, frozen or moved by their issuer. While a stock is paused, its claims stop (and its expiry clock stops too).
  • Custody. Unclaimed rewards sit in DRIP's payout vault for up to 30 days. The ledger shows solvency every pour.
  • Swap risk. Swaps can carry over when a route is missing or the price looks wrong; rewards then accrue a run or more later.
  • Not dividends. Holding a DRIP coin gives no rights in any company.
